MICR has no cancellation fees. Even if you have already paid for the reservation, we will refund your money to your account. However, we do expect a notification in case of cancellation as soon as possible.

DO I NEED A CREDIT CARD TO MAKE A RESERVATION?
No, you don't need a credit card.
HOW CAN I PAY MY RENT?
You can pay on arrival: cash, debit card or via our ING bank account in the Netherlands. We accept credit cards (Visa and Mastercard), but there is a 5.25% surcharge due to local bank charges.
HOW QUICKLY WILL MY RESERVATION BE CONFIRMED?
Within 24-48 hours
HOW ARE YOUR PRICES CALCULATED?
Our car rental prices are based on a 24-hour period, e.g. if you reserve and pick up your rental car at 2:00 PM, you must drop it off by 2:00 PM at the latest. If you return the car too late, an extra day is often charged.
WHY DO WE NEED FLIGHT NUMBER?
So that know if your flight is delayed. We track your flight via Flightaware and are also there in the event of a delay.

Only a driver's license is sufficient.

You will receive a full tank and you must return the car with a full tank.

CAN FRIENDS OR FAMILY MEMBERS DRIVE MY RENTAL CAR?
Any additional driver must be registered in the rental agreement. Additional drivers must be present at the time of pick-up and present a valid driver's license. Max 2 drivers per car.
IS THERE A MINIMUM AGE TO RENT A CAR?
Yes, the minimum age is 25 years old.
